The Job
This job is located in Cumbernauld and you must live within easy travel of this location.
You would ideally have some experience with computers in an office environment; Basic skills in using Outlook E-mails, Excel, and Word etc. are essential. Any Telephone skills will be an advantage and a clear voice is necessary as you will trained in making and answering telephone calls. You must be willing to learn our software package Progress Plus which involves inputting raw materials, purchase orders, producing works orders, delivery notes and invoices. As your skills level increase there is a possible chance of training in Sage Line 50
Training
You will be trained in general office duties including word processing, spreadsheets, email, telephone techniques, use of office equipment You must be willing to learn our software package Progress Plus which involves inputting raw materials, purchase orders, producing works orders, delivery notes and invoices. As your skills level increase there is a possible chance of training in Sage Line 50.
Your day will revolve around general office duties including answering and making telephone calls, inputting data to our software package, receiving and sending emails, word processing documents, and scanning, photocopying and general office duties

Entry
Minimum Standard grade at level 3 or above in English, Maths, Computer Studies or equivalent such as ECDL, PC Passport etc.
